Utilities included on your first two seasons, 2026 and 2027 — standard members pay $300 a year
2027 Founding Family rate is $2,720 with utilities included — $2,220 balance due by February 1, 2027
February 2028 renewal at $2,720 — 15% off the $3,200 standard annual rate
Your membership pays for itself in two seasons — $600 in utilities plus $480 saved every renewal

Who will be coming to the lake with you?

What interests you in becoming one of our Founding Families and what do you love about coming to the lake?

I acknowledge that Founding Family spaces are limited to the first 20 approved families looking to vacation at the lake and NOT live at the park.

I acknowledge that $1,500 is due today — $1,000 for the Founding Season membership, which covers all of 2026 on my full hookup site with utilities included, and a $500 non-refundable deposit toward my 2027 season — that the 2027 Founding Family rate is $2,720 with a $2,220 balance due by February 1, 2027 and utilities included, and that beginning February 2028 I renew at $2,720, 15% off the $3,200 standard annual rate, for life, with the $300 annual utilities fee applying from that season forward.
