  • · Failure to pay the 2027 balance results in forfeiture of the deposit and Founding Family status

We spent a full season pouring ourselves into Pomme Ridge — brand new water lines, brand new sewer lines, brand new electrical throughout. We were weeks from opening.

Then severe storms tore through the property and set us back again. We had a choice: wait another year, or invite 20 families to help us build something unforgettable — together.

It's a barn raising. Landscaping, fire pit areas, gathering spaces, flowers and trails and all the small details visitors will notice for decades. Kids running around, neighbors becoming lifelong friends.
