Pomme Ridge RV Park
The Pomme Ridge RV Host Program

Your RV is sitting in storage. It could be working at the lake.

Park it on a year-round site at the entrance of Pomme de Terre State Park. Use it whenever you want. We list it on Outdoorsy and RVshare when you aren't in town, and handle the photos, the guests, and the turnover. Platform fees come off first, then our 20% management fee on what's left.
Think about it

Right now that RV is costing you money every single month. Storage fees. Slow depreciation. Tires flat-spotting, batteries dying, seals drying out. And the worst part — not one memory being made in it.

What if the thing you're paying to hide away… paid you instead? Same rig, same ownership, just parked somewhere it can actually work for you.

That's the Pomme Ridge RV Host Program. You park it on a year-round site at the lake. We list it on Outdoorsy and RVshare, manage every guest, and handle the turnover between stays.

Stop paying for storage. Start getting paid at the lake.

How it works

Four steps, and we take it from there.

Step 1

Park it with us

Reserve a year-round site at the park. Your annual site fee is $3,900 and includes the extra utilities your RV uses while being rented.

Step 2

We list it on Outdoorsy and RVshare

Professional photos, polished listings, dynamic pricing, guest screening, and messaging — all handled by Pomme Ridge on the platforms built for stationary RV rentals.

Step 3

Guests stay, you earn

Platform fees come off first, then Pomme Ridge's 20% management fee on what's left. The rest is yours.

Step 4

Use it anytime

It's still your RV. Block your own dates whenever you want a lake weekend — priority always goes to you.

Year-round

Your RV Doesn't Have to Sit All Winter

Our water lines were dug deep, so with insulated hoses and heat running, sites stay open year round. That means hunters and fishermen in spring and fall, and longer stays from traveling workers through the off months — when most parks are closed and most RVs are sitting in storage.

Summer

Peak season, June through September

$68/night you keep

  • $100/night guest rate
  • 12 booked nights per month
  • Monthly: $816

Shoulder Season

Spring and fall — hunters, fishermen, weekenders

$54/night you keep

  • $80/night guest rate
  • 8 booked nights per month
  • Monthly: $435

Off Season

Longer stays from traveling workers

$408/month you keep

  • $600/month guest rate
  • Roughly $408/month you keep
  • One booking covers the whole month

One guest, one turnover, steady income.

  • Platform fees (Outdoorsy/RVshare): ~15%
  • Pomme Ridge management fee: 20% of what's left
  • Cleaning fee: $50 per stay, collected from the guest and applied to turnover — not owner income
  • All utilities included in the $3,900 annual site fee — even during off-season stays

What a Year Could Look Like

  • Summer (4 months): $3,264
  • Shoulder (4 months): $1,741
  • One off-season monthly booking: $408
  • Annual total: approximately $5,400
Your costs: $3,900 annual site fee with all utilities included — even during off-season rentals. $3,200 is due February 1st, with the remaining $700 spread monthly. This is your year-round site membership while your RV is on the property.

Illustration only. Guest rates, platform fees, occupancy, and demand vary by season and year. Off-season bookings depend on regional demand. No income is guaranteed. Insurance coverage is provided through the booking platform and the owner's own policy; Pomme Ridge does not insure member RVs.

Storing an RV costs $75–150 a month — up to $1,800 a year going out the door. Parked at Pomme Ridge, that same rig can work for you instead.

How Your RV Is Protected

This is the part most owners get wrong, so we handle it up front.

Your Personal Policy Won't Cover Rentals

Most RV insurers drop liability and comprehensive coverage the moment a paying guest is in the unit, even a stationary one. We'll tell you this before you list, not after.

We List Only Where Coverage Exists

Outdoorsy and RVshare provide collision, comprehensive, and liability on every stationary booking. That's why we don't put member RVs on Airbnb or VRBO.

Coverage Confirmed Before You Go Live

We verify your policy permits rental use before your unit is listed. No guesswork, no gaps.

Owners provide proof of insurance and name PDTC LLC as additional insured before listing. We'll walk you through it.

Is your RV a fit?

Most well-kept rigs qualify.

  • Model year 2010 or newer — or older rigs approved case-by-case if tastefully remodeled
  • Clean, functional, guest-ready interior (working AC/heat, plumbing, appliances)
  • Owner holds a year-round site at Pomme Ridge (annual site fees apply)
  • Sleeps 2+ with a real bed

Not sure if yours qualifies? Tell us about it below — remodeled classics welcome.
